We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and creating Robotic Process Automations (RPAs), implementing machine learning models, and integrating and utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs). Additionally, you will work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications to enhance the capabilities of LLMs, driving cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development of RPA Solutions:

Architect and develop robust and scalable RPA systems to automate business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver tailored RPA solutions.

Implementation of Machine Learning Models:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Work with large datasets to build, train, and validate predictive models.

Continuously optimize models for improved accuracy and performance.

LLM Integration and Application:

Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models to meet various business use cases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into existing and new applications.

RAG Applications to LLMs:

Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance LLM performance.

Integrate external knowledge sources with LLMs to improve response relevance and accuracy.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and implementing RPAs.

Strong background in machine learning, including model development, training, and deployment.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration.

Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
