About the Job
The Graphic Designer will play an integral role in the ISI® Marketing team, taking the lead on ensuring the brand is represented well on all platforms from a consumer and Franchise Development standpoint, and in supporting Franchise Partners in their local marketing initiatives. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for all brand design across multiple platforms and mediums, as well as design for our supplement and apparel lines.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the visual branding of ISI® Elite Training, from updating overall brand standards to designing logos and branding for internal initiatives
- Design graphics for multiple platforms, including social media and print media and website designs
- Create social media assets, including video and animation, for use by Franchise Partners on local marketing channels
- Create social media and advertising assets for ISI® Elite Training brand social media channels, including video and animation
- Create custom social media and print assets for Franchise Partners
- Manage custom graphic design program for Franchise system
- Be responsible for designing for promotional calendar to include internal marketing campaigns, internal communications, and Franchise Development events and initiatives
- Be key point of contact for content creation platform vendor partner, improving the product for ISI® system and updating with assets regularly
- Strategize and design for additional revenue streams within the system, including retail (apparel) lines and supplement lines
- Oversee photoshoots for ISI® Elite Training products, including athletic-based training, apparel, supplements, headshots, etc.
- Collaborate with overall marketing team on brand social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, strategy, and community management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency with digital photography, videography, and video animation and graphics
- Understanding of retail design requirements
- Social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
- Passion for fitness, health and nutrition
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design a plus
- Experience with video, animation, and motion graphics a plus
