Job Description
Job Scope:
This role is responsible for designing holistic email and mobile customer experiences for Driven Brands including graphic design elements for national sends and transactional journeys, headline and body copy, subject lines, SMS messages, and app push messages, utilizing current industry best practices and a customer focused mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize current email and mobile industry best practices to design assets for campaigns across multiple brands, including Take 5 Oil Change, Take 5 Car Wash, Meineke, and AGN.
- Partner with copywriter on compelling email and mobile marketing copy, including headline and body copy, subject lines, SMS messages, and app push messages to drive customer engagement.
- Assist in driving efficiencies and personalization through new email template structures in partnership with the DevOps team and introducing new dynamic content with the goal of creating better customer experiences.
- Collaborate and actively participate in brainstorming sessions with various CRM stakeholders. Communicate design requirements with DevOps team and provide deliverables.
- Independently manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.
- Follow tone of voice and copy brand guidelines.
- Ideate A/B tests for subject lines, calls to action, etc. in partnership with CRM Managers.
- Leverage knowledge and inspiration from the B2C industry and competitive landscape to inform insightful ideas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing email and mobile campaigns and writing effective and engaging copy rooted in industry best practices.
- Previous experience using email platforms such as Salesforce, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc. and understanding of implementing modular creative and templatized email creative.
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional writing and conceptual thinking.
- Results focused, detail-oriented problem solver.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts.
- Broad knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies that support CRM.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
