Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role designed to replace our virtual assistants and take charge of the areas of our business that are not yet automated. As the Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our client relationships and day-to-day activities, allowing the founder to focus on new ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
- Project Oversight: Oversee and manage ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of the business that can be further automated and work with our tech team to implement these solutions.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the efforts of various team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on project status, client satisfaction, and business performance metrics to the founder.
- Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise, finding creative solutions to keep the business running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or project management within a digital or tech-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per hour
- Hours: 20 hours per week
