We are currently hiring for a detail oriented, strategic thinker to join I Live Here I Give Here as a full-time Administrative Coordinator. This role will provide direct admin support across the organization, including assistance to the Executive Director and Sr Director of Development. As well as customer service for our Nonprofit Members and meeting planning for our Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:
Business & Peer-to-Peer Fundraising: Lead individuals and companies to
organize and run fundraising campaigns for Amplify Austin Day and I Live Here
I Give Here. (50%)
- Serve as lead for development administrative tasks, including Salesforce administration, data input, check processing, and other development tasks.
- Recruit and onboard local companies who run employee giving campaigns on Amplify Austin Day.
- Host info sessions or introductory calls, assist with setting up fundraising pages, track corporate matching gift benefits, offer customer service support, share timely Amplify Austin Day updates, produce employee giving metric reports, and develop creative participation incentives.
- Recruit and onboard donors, program alumni, board members, and other lead volunteers to run peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns for I Live Here I Give Here.
Nonprofit Membership Program Support: Assist in the Nonprofit Membership
Program approval process. (35%)
- Review documents & registration forms
- Ensure correct payment has been made
- Handle basic customer service questions
- Update Nonprofit Member information in Salesforce and in other databases/information systems
Board of Directors Meeting Support: Support the preparation and execution of Board of Director and committee meetings. (10%)
- Organize and plan meetings for board and committee meetings
- Assemble and distribute meeting agendas
- Attend meetings with the CEO and take official minutes
Qualifications:
Must live in Austin or Central Texas area
- Are excited about I Live Here I Give Here's mission
- Are strategic thinker and good communicator
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Keen eye for errors and the instinct to ask questions when
- something’s not quite right.
- Organized and detail oriented with strong project planning and
- execution skills.
- Have the ability to work independently, collaboratively, quickly, and
- under pressure and effectively with others to set goals, resolve
- problems, prioritize, and make decisions.
- Have a positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Have the aptitude to leverage and learn new technology systems like
- Salesforce, Asana, our event registration system, Canva, and Survey
- Monkey.
- Are creative and resourceful, prioritizing sustainability and staying on
- budget.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision, creatively
- troubleshoot, but isn't shy about asking for help when needed.
