Adalta Global are proud to be supporting our end client in the Financial Services sector in their search for a Workday Payroll Analyst to help on the daily operation of their Payroll as well as working as an SME to set up their new WD Payroll system.
The role:
You'll play a key role in managing the payroll operations and set-up of the new payroll system. This role offers cleat and outlined styeps to progression into a Payroll Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states ensuring compliance with each state law.
- Work closely with HR to ensure all employee data is up to date and accurate.
- Progress wages, deductions and make all adjustments.
- Contribute in outlining to technical Workday teams what is needed from new platform
- Outline and configure new business processes for the new system

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience on Workday implementations.
- 5+ year career in payroll
- 3+ years' using Workday Payroll
- You'll have worked on at least one large-scale Workday implementation project
