To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our EVP of Sales. This role will help enable communication, collaboration, strategy execution, and special projects across the Sales organization. This individual will work with business stakeholders to drive programs, execute and monitor our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a proxy to the EVP of in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Partner with senior leaders on analyzing data and generating insights and recommendations
- Provide high-level support to senior leaders such as weekly metrics reviews, board meetings, and quarterly kickoffs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations such as revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on special projects, including conducting market analysis for new products and international expansion, as well as identifying strategic partnership
Key Qualifications:
- Masters in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline or prior work experience in one or more of these disciplines
- Proven success in analytics and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and control.
- Must be able to manage conversations with the Board and C-Suite with ease and confidence
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects
