REVEX Coordinator
Job Purpose
Provides assistance running Rep commission reports and utilizing the data from those reports to create other administrative reports to monitor Rep draws, company Revenues, shop locations’ shares of commission costs, etc. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing Excel-based reports from raw data.
Responsibilities
- Manages the processing of Monthly and Quarterly Rep Commission reports.
- Prepares additional administrative reports based on the Commission reports.
- Assists with other Rep-based Tasks to ensure a smooth Commission process.
- Creates Custom Show reports.
1. Manages the processing of Monthly and Quarterly Rep Commission reports by:
- Tracking Foreign Exchange rates for exchange calculations.
- Running raw data reports to obtain revenue and cost information.
- Obtaining Expense Reports and A/R data from accounting sources.
- Compiling all the data into a single Excel report along various tabs.
- Formatting the data with subtotals for ease of report navigation.
2. Prepares additional administrative reports based on the Commission reports by:
- Compiling data from the REVEX reports to track Rep draw levels throughout the year.
- Provide pay reconciliation results from all the reps to account for end-of-quarter and end-of-year accruals.
- Utilizing Revenue data to provide company-wide Revenue reports.
- Compiling data from the REVEX report shows summary tabs to determine each shop location’s share of the commissions for accounting cost allocations.
3. Assists with other Rep-based Tasks to ensure a smooth Commission process:
- Reviewing Nexus for Costs entered after REVEX reports are run requiring a re-date to the following report year for inclusion.
- Examining and advising on Rep Billing Reports for shows that are behind on/missing invoicing.
- Reviewing shows with equipment still checked out on them more than a few months past their return date.
- Processing FedEx & DHL invoice line items to apply costs to proper departments and shows.
4. Creates Custom Show reports by:
- Running show summary data on a case-by-case basis to provide show-based reports for specific customers and carve out situations.
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for Rep and VP usage for managerial decision-making.
