Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: : Clarify is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support our expanding team. The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position is responsible for managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating various office events and meetings, and supporting new hires through the onboarding process. Additionally, this role involves assisting with special projects and maintaining relationships with IT teams and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Stock the office with snacks, supplies, and water.
- Manage and process orders for supplies and equipment.
- Oversee inventory and equipment management.
- Submit work orders and book conference rooms.
- Monitor laptop support with local IT and the UK IT team.
- Organize and coordinate new starter lunches and send out birthday and anniversary gift cards.
- Set up QBR logistics: room booking, lunch arrangements, and social events.
- Schedule QBR meetings and handle gifts and team nominations.
- Schedule and coordinate training meetings.
- Assist with onboarding by organizing training calendar and prepare technology setups.
- Ensure new hires receive keys, access passes, and follow up on benefits and background checks.
- Arrange check-ins with senior leadership.
- Assist with meetings and one-on-ones for new employees.
- Support special projects and cultural events.
- Coordinate foundation-related activities, including volunteering days and donations.
- Manage business partnering relationships within IT, HR, and learning academy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with IT support and equipment management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
