Our client, a software development company, is looking for a part-time Office Manager! The ideal candidate will be friendly, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a no job is too big or too small attitude.
This assignment starts asap and will last for about 6 months, with potential to extend.
Hours: 24 - 28 hours/week
Location: SoHo
Responsibilities
- Oversee and sort incoming mail and packages
- Ordering and stocking snacks and beverages
- Actively monitor the office for facilities concerns
- Help employees troubleshoot issues with office equipment
- Manage the NYC Office calendar
- Help employees book conference rooms for team offsites
- Actively monitor our IT & AV equipment to ensure it is in good working order
- Serve as the in-person, main point of contact for all NYC Office needs and questions
- Facilitate the delivery of team lunches
- Plan and execute office events as needed
- Actively monitoring and resolving remote global Workplace request tickets
- Updating workplace guides and resources for employees
- Work on assigned special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy, knowledge of Slack, Zoom and Google Suite
- Possess strong initiative, attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
