Job Overview:
This role will contribute to two main projects – Problem Statement resolution for various projects and initiatives and organizing data. For a problem statement project the team looks at projects and initiatives and finds an issue, turns the issue into a problem statement, and then breaks the statement down into smaller projects to resolve through actions like creating front-end tools for, automation, rBI reports, etc. Organizing data will largely consist of following up with teams to close action items and visualize & analyze data.
The role will largely own projects themselves, although the will have a lot of support and some direction when issues or blockers arise. The role may interact with some technical staff but will mostly work with non-technical teams, and will not be working with external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience required
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
- 6 years of experience with Data Visualization in Power BI
- 6 years of experience with Data Analysis using SQL
- 6 years of experience with Automation using Power Automate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
