Partner with Business Leader and Program Manager to develop change/communications plans. Identify and document major impacts across the business based on work done by Operations and BAs. Creating walking deck and communication drafts for leadership. Help prepare content for business Council.
Responsibilities:
- Support Program Manager and Business Analyst in creating communication and impact documentation to support messaging out to larger organization.
- Help support current state to to-be process mapping.
- 4 years related experience preferred in communication and change impacts supporting transformation and/or operational excellence initiatives.
- Developing comms, impacts, and change plans.
- Must have skills: communication plans, organizational change impacts, change impacts across major projects and programs, PROSCI understanding, current to future state process impacts
