About The Role
In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for clients regarding ServiceNow-related matters. Your role involves translating business needs into effective technical solutions, leading ServiceNow projects, and managing interactions with development teams, product owners, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support on ServiceNow projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
- Lead and coordinate ServiceNow projects, including overseeing development teams and engaging with product owners and end users.
- Maintain regular communication with management and executive-level clients throughout the project lifecycle, including presenting progress and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Review functionality developed by the ServiceNow team, offer feedback, perform testing, and facilitate training.
- Create detailed technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, supported by relevant certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Travel: Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week (unless working remotely).
- Certifications: Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
- Skills:
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps.
- Well-rounded technology consulting experience, including requirements definition, client meetings, UAT facilitation, and training.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-directed with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of other low-code and no-code platforms like Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.
- General understanding of financial management aspects, particularly in a federal environment.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is \(100,200.00 - \)150,200.00 annually, depending on various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs.
