Role & Responsibilities
- Supports the activities associated with construction, operation and maintenance of electric distribution and transmission systems.
- Supports the functionality of new construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, and inspection activities.
- Administers damage claims and billing, job kitting, work order balancing, material review, standards of excellence and service guarantees.
- Works and communicates with Managers, Supervisors and other office and field personnel.
- Perform document management services including review, and first set of eyes on a new document review, and formatting and electronic document storage and retrieval.
- Responsible for the creation, administration, and processing of work orders, including PR/PO creation.
- Resolves customer-related issues.
- Oversees construction office and supports budget management.
- Supports emergency restoration (Including working Weekends and Holidays) as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
- AS degree or equivalent of education and/or 2 years’ experience.
- Background in computer application use in the business environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong Excel. Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience and capability.
- Demonstrate people skills.
- Able to work in an environment that frequently challenges and changes.
- SAP experience desired
- Must be able to travel from one office to another on occasion.
