They are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Irvine, CA. This sales support role is crucial in ensuring excellent service to our valued customers, Account Executives, and Marketing Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving customer needs, inquiries, and issues accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders, track shipments, and manage customer accounts to ensure a smooth order experience.
- Communicate with internal teams to address product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and provide insights to help improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
- Preferred: Previous call center experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in sales support or within the food service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
