Job Title: Support Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location: San Dimas, CA - Onsite 5x per week
Required Pay Scale: $24 - 27/hr W2
Due to client requirement GC and USC only
Job Summary:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail are key for this role.
- Requires basic computer and typing skills
- Must be customer service oriented (At least 2 years)
- Must be able to learn and retain training details to perform daily tasks
- Ability to work and collaborate with others
- Ability to provide guidance and/or instruction to clients
- Must have experience using a CRM tool to track work/tasks
- Requires strong written & verbal skills
- Attention to detail is key
Prior Experience:
- Call Center Representative
- Client Support Specialist
- Customer Success Specialist
