Our large hospital network client in Dallas is looking for a remote Content Writer with a strong focus on consumer health care and patients to join their team 40 hours per week for 12 months with the potential to move into a full-time permanent role at the conclusion of the contract period.
The Marketing Content Writer will write and edit long-form editorial content for the client's consumer-facing blog, along with supporting copywriting for email campaigns, web content, video outlines, etc. We are looking for someone with a strong editorial versus general marketing content background.
Content Writer Responsibilities
- Write and edit blog posts
- Interview medical physicians and other providers/experts for blog posts
- Research trends in health care for assigned and developing topics
- Proofread assets as requested
- Write and review website copy as needed
Content Writer Requirements
- Portfolio of strong healthcare, health and wellness-focused EDITORIAL content writing
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Client-facing stakeholder communication and management skills
- Strong writing skills with SEO knowledge
- Experience with Trello and/or WorkFront highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
