Responsibilities
Kforce is looking for a Non Technical Project Manager for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA. Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting online security product teams utilizing Pivot Tables for data analysis and budget planning for rhythm of business. They will possess strong adaptability, agility, analytical skills, and budgeting expertise, along with proficiency in business analysis, communications, business intelligence, and change management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively plan, direct, and coordinate activities in various fields, such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, or other non-IT based projects. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving organizational success through strategic planning and effective management practices.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in project management or business management roles, particularly in non-IT related fields such as engineering, research and development, or financial systems
- Proven experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, human resources, or business-related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and strategic business management principles
- Proficiency in business intelligence, including creating dashboards, testing systems, and defining KPIs
- Proficient with computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Pivot Tables
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
