We are looking for a talented and customer-oriented person to help grow our company through the design and execution of key marketing initiatives.
Job Duties:
- Generate high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and marketing collateral that effectively articulates the value of our products
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling content, tracking campaign performance, and generating reports on key performance indicators
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities
- Proactively monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through research to help shape marketing strategies and content development
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and marketing strategies

Preferred Educational and Experimental Background:
BS/MS/MBA or equivalent in a relevant field (life sciences, communications, marketing, etc.). Strong familiarity with standard laboratory practices and a solid understanding of industry trends and advancements are valued.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A successful applicant must be dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working closely and communicating with others in multiple teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Knowledge of general molecular biology and the ability to develop innovative strategies for marketing growth and engagement are helpful. Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and scientific curiosity are strongly valued.
