THE JOB
The Coordinator, Digital Operations is an internal resource that supports the Planning and Digital teams. They ensure the tactical elements of the planning process (billing, commitments, internal set up) are managed in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities Include
- Helps to double-check and manage financial and executional outputs of these teams
- Ensure integration and coordination between various internal teams by updating and informing them on the status of all account projects
- Point of contact for financial aspects of all digital plans across all lines of business with duties including:
- Working with Planning, Digital, and Finance teams to actualize and reconcile media plans
- Vendor outreach (billing adjustments, updates on payment)
- Extensive use of Prisma, including training internal teams on use
- Tracking holds, cancellations, and budget pacing of held and contracted upfront inventory
- Ability to write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner
- Check for accuracy, timeliness and quality of all team outputs
YOU

- Bachelor’s degree (finance a plus)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an agency or marketing role, preferably with finance experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Superior skills in MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ad serving and media billing tools a plus
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$40,000—$40,000 USD
