Email Marketing and Communications Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a email marketing and communications assistant with 2 or more years of experience for a 2 and a half month contract role for our healthcare client. This is 100% remote. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Experience managing content libraries, organizing assets, and maintaining version control of documents and files.
- Familiarity with marketing processes, such as campaign tracking, data entry, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft emails, reports, and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams (SharePoint), ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Experience scheduling posts using platforms like Sprout Social, monitoring social channels, understanding best practices.
Employment Type: 2 and a half month contract
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
