Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate Brand Coordinator to join our team and help us on our crusade to liberate haircare. This role will be an integral part of the K18 Marketing Team, and will help bring our mission to life and inspire communities across the globe to embrace it.
The Brand Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, and will have a full view of K18 launches, campaigns and strategy, and will help guide product ideation, positioning, timelines and project management to ensure flawless execution. This role will also be responsible for post-launch analysis (working across teams to gather a full-view of the launch performance and help to identify areas of opportunity for future campaigns).

Responsibilities - Support K18 New Product Marketing
- Complete competitive analysis of new product categories – identifying top sellers, trends and areas of opportunity
- Monitor trends + provide market insights – utilize existing market research tools to pull category sizing, trending conversations; partner with K18 social media teams and education teams to monitor in-market conversations
- Support pricing analysis – helping develop a point of view for new product pricing strategy
- Create presentations for senior leadership to articulate strategy and new product positioning
- Support K18 Go-to-Market process
- Create workback calendars to ensure timely planning + execution of launches
- Manage individual campaign and launch workstreams in already created template/process
- Gather inputs from teams for launch planning
- Prepare for weekly go-to-market meetings by requesting updates from teams and ensuring the worksheets are up-to-date
- Create Post-Launch Reviews
- Create comprehensive reviews during and post-launch/campaign
- Include a 360-look at the campaign from digital, to in-store, to social execution
- Work with teams to include relevant statistics and learnings, to inform future launch plans
- Marketing Admin
- Support marketing team through submission of product requests + purchase orders
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years prior experience in beauty or lifestyle marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and timelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Business acumen – an ability to see the purpose beyond the activation
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and at various levels of the organization
- Positive, collaborative and "solution-oriented" attitude
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 USD
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
