Marketing Coordinator Opportunity
This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic marketing team focused on driving B2B content marketing initiatives. You will contribute significantly to crafting and delivering on-brand content across various digital platforms. An ideal candidate is someone who excels as a strategic generalist with an emphasis on marketing automation and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Development: Innovate while adhering to brand guidelines; implement fresh ideas in digital marketing.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content for marketing automation aimed at lead generation and enhancing the digital customer experience.
- Strategy Implementation: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies for awareness campaigns, product launches, and other digital assets.
- Platform Proficiency: Effectively manage marketing funnels using HubSpot and Salesforce or similar platforms; utilize SEO and search engine marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEMRush.
- Design and Writing: Create diverse marketing materials including trade show graphics, eBlasts, newsletters, web content, digital ads, technical brochures, and social media posts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Event Management: Coordinate tradeshow logistics and ensure successful event execution.
- Collaboration: Engage confidently with sales and corporate stakeholders; work alongside external marketing agencies and vendors to maintain brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and B2B marketing, with a strong track record in executing marketing plans.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with solid computer skills; excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of working flexibly with remote teams across different time zones.
- Portfolio: A portfolio highlighting design and writing skills is required.
Additional Information
- Supervision: This position is non-supervisory and reports to the Marketing Director.
- Work Environment: Flexibility with hybrid/remote work is offered, requiring proximity to designated facilities and the ability to coordinate effectively across remote locations and time zones.
- Travel: Occasional travel for sales and marketing events, tradeshows, and training may be necessary.
