Job Description:
The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive sales growth. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external influencers to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the influencer backend platform for smooth operations and tracking.
Lead influencer recruitment efforts, identifying potential organic and paid influencers for collaborations.
Manage a large portfolio of content creator representatives as well as influencers.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with representatives and influencers to enhance brand partnerships.
Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Work closely with the partnerships team to align influencer strategies with overall sales goals.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
Proficiency in building backend platforms or similar technical skills.
Proven track record in successful influencer recruitment and management.
Existing talent representatives (managers/agents) and influencers relationship is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced startup environment.
Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
