DOCUMENT CONTROL CONSULTANT
SUMMARY:
Document Control professional needed for contract assignment supporting document quality control and document management requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support document quality requirements through quality review, editing, and formatting
* Full lifecycle of document management via EDMS
* Relevant metrics and report generation and distribution
* Support training and additional quality systems initiatives, as required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 7 years of relevant document management experience, the majority of which should be in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries, accompanied by a solid understanding of overall pharmaceutical industry Quality Systems standards, requirements, guidelines and compliance
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, EDMS, and basic MasterControl administration
* Proven experience writing and editing pharmaceutical industry documents such as SOPs
* Relevant Bachelor's degree
LOCATION:
Work will be performed onsite in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
