Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Manager at HMB Optometry Family Eye Care. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, communication with HR department, and ensuring office efficiency. This role is primarily located in the office but allows for some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration experience
- Knowledge of Office Equipment and operation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus
- Experience with meducal and vision insurance companies preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in meducal or optometric practice is preferred, but training will be privided to the eligable candidate.
