Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare data from various sources. Utilize statistical techniques and tools to identify trends and patterns, providing meaningful insights.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and create visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals, to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
- Research: Stay informed on healthcare trends, regulatory updates, and industry best practices to enhance analyses and support recommendations.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control processes and resolving any data-related issues for reliable results.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare analytics role or a related field is ideal, though entry-level candidates with relevant internships or project experience are also welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) is essential. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely.
