Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in San Jose, CA that is looking for an Operational Project Manager for their content team. Summary: This team handles the visualizations for all their brands, this includes digital content for the ecommerce product information page and 3D aspect for Digital Planning Experiences like their room planner app, 360 visualization app for sectionals and bedding displays. This Project Manager is operational on the content side, overall responsible for managing the content pipeline and executing on projects. Duties/Day to Day Overview:
- Responsible for managing projects from beginning to end, with accountability for project execution
- Drive execution of the project by tracking each stage of the process
- Manage project plan to meet deliverables, including cross-functional project timeline and follow-up with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Responsible for identifying critical project issues and risks
- Responsible for proactively managing project opportunities/issues/risks
- Identify process issues and recommend improvements to team members and management
- Act as point of contact for project reporting & updates
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Operational Project Management experience; Day to day driving/tracking/execution of the project(s); Manage an effective standup meeting - ask the right questions to identify issues; Manage dependencies and identifying friction points (to address quickly and resolve for future)
- Project experience related to digital content, production content, etc.
- Experience working with his volume of content
- Experience with 3D modeling or animation
- Experience working cross functionally between teams
- Comfortable working within aggressive project timelines
- Familiar with Agile Methodology
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence is plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
