Skills
A successful candidate should ideally have the below skills and characteristics:
- 5+ years of relevant experience such as IT, Operations, Project Management, or Product Management, preferably within the Finance / Banking industry
- Experience working on an Agile team (Scrum / Kanban). ScaledAgile Framework (SAFe) experience and/or related certifications are ideal
- Extensive experience using and administering JIRA including configuring issue types, workflows, screens, and permissions, boards (scrum / kanban), roadmaps / plans, writing JQL queries, and creating JIRA dashboards
- Experience writing ScriptRunner scripts using Groovy programming language and experience extracting and analyzing JIRA data using REST APIs is a plus
- Experience using other Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Compass, JIRA Align, and common JIRA plugins
- Experience with office and collaboration tools including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
- Alignment to Agile and Client values as well as strong leadership skills, attention to detail, communication / collaboration skills, and a determination to continuously grow and learn
