Experience Required
- Must have experience in leading and managing large core functional programs in a matrixed environment
- Must have experience in coordinating and leading E2E integration testing activities
- Proven Ability to communicate at different levels (Sr. Leadership, Stakeholder and Teams)
- Proven Ability to manage expectations at different levels (Sr. Leadership, Stakeholder and Teams)
- Experienced in creating and delivering clear and concise program level reporting to leadership and program management
- Experienced in using Slides and Excel Sheet to report and track activities
- Ability to use advanced formulas, macros and pivots in excel sheets
- Ability to work with varied personalities in a matrixed organization to execute all required activities successfully
- Ability to understand IT and Business to prioritize planned activities and tasks
- Proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies
- Ability to proactively escalate on critical items to bring timely visibility to appropriate stakeholders
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with large teams and the ability to ask the right questions
- Independent, fast learner with the following traits - Accountable, Strategic, Analytical and Diligent
- Manager level candidate with at least 10 years of QE / QA Background
- Proven Knowledge of SDLC, Quality Best Practices and Agile Best practices
- Previous experience in creating program test strategy and approach by working with stakeholders
- Project Management experience
- Ability to understand and guide the teams on Test levels and Test Types. Including but not limited to Test Automation, Performance Testing, Test Data needs
