Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Implementation Manager. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our software solutions for clients in the apparel, footwear, home furnishings, and accessories industries. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing training and support, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Qualifications
- Must be Located in the NY Metro area for customer on-site visits when needed
- A2000 or similar ERP Software experience
- Accounting processes and GL account structure
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in software implementation or IT project management
- Knowledge of the apparel, footwear, home furnishings, or accessories industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
