Position Overview: Alpha Zero is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Operations across various business functions, including IT, Digital Security, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Relations. As an Operations Associate, you will be immediately integrated into the execution of critical operational processes, helping to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our organization.
This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn and adapt to the fast-paced demands of a growing firm. You will be expected to manage competing priorities independently, while also collaborating closely with leadership to assess current processes and suggest improvements. Your ability to leverage technology and organizational tools to optimize workflows will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and enhancement of firm infrastructure to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Completed or in-progress Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher or better. 3.3 or higher for masters.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity for process development and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
