Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking a Coordinator - Document Management who will provide crucial support to the Document Administration Manager in managing the Global HESS system and related tasks. This role is a complementary position to the Document Administration Manager, that focuses on specific areas of the system. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Global HESS system and related tasks. Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Assist in the creation and updating of documents within the HESS system
- Data Management: Help with creating and maintaining data relevant to the system
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards as needed, providing visual representations of the system's data
- Support: Provide necessary support to the Document Administration Manager in managing the Global HESS system
- Cabin Management: Coordinate internal and external audits and collect passport details for auditors
- Monthly Communication: Assist with procedure updates to SMEs and help draft communication emails to the fleet
- Weekly presentations: Assist with weekly presentations
- User Credentials Management: Assist with the creation of new user credentials in the system
- General Support: Provide support in any other required areas as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Document Admin Manager position
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF management, project management software, social media platforms, and other industry-specific tools
- Quick Learner & Adaptable: Rapidly acquires new skills, adjusts to new environments, and demonstrates intellectual acuity
- Excellent Communication & Listening Skills: Effectively conveys information, listens attentively, and fully understands instructions
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Manages time effectively, prioritizes tasks, and maintains excellent organizational skills
- Detail-Oriented & Sharp: Pays close attention to detail, preventing mistakes and issues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
