OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will contribute to Little Saints’ success by planning, executing and managing all aspects of our inventory so that we can maintain our rapid growth and always deliver to our customers on time. We are seeking an individual who identifies as “very organized” (in addition to whatever else you are - all are welcome), loves to adhere to a schedule, responds quickly to emails and geeks out on a spreadsheet.
Reporting relationship: reports to the CEO
Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and purchasing of ingredients and raw materials, primary packaging, secondary packaging and finished goods
- Maintain agreed stock levels and ensure that forward production plans, lead time and cash flow are all considered on an ongoing basis
- Monitor production scheduling to ensure consistent 100% (or close to 100%) on time delivery in full to all customers
- Coordinate LTL and FTL transport of finished goods to DTC warehouses and wholesale customers; communicate with warehouses and customers regarding same
- Track inventory at all copackers and warehouses, and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts to ensure consistent supply chain and no out of stocks; communicate with sales team regarding inventory to optimize sales
- Maintain and operate the back end of our Shopify site and Amazon fulfillment - includes reconciling inventory, creating and maintaining digital SKUs, checking to ensure all packages are routed properly, and other ops-related tasks requested by web and customer service team
- Analyze all input costs and purchasing to optimize COGs
- Coordinate physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation
- Calculate cost of goods on a monthly basis and provide related inputs to CFO/accounting as needed
- Communicate and interface with copackers and warehouses on a daily basis to accomplish all of the above

Experience
Required
- Ability to utilize best accounting business practices in a highly ethical manner
- Experience in inventory procurement and management
- Experience in maintaining and reporting budgets, production planning, inventory report, forecasts and other operations-related reporting
- Some experience with operations in a DTC company – you need to understand how to interface with a 3PL regarding Shopify and/or Amazon orders
Preferred but not required:
- Specific experience within food, beverage or natural products
- Must have current work authorization in the United States
This position can be remote (East Coast or Midwest only) or based in our Miami office, and will be required to attend production runs and visit our warehouses from time to time.
Full-time, salaried position with normal working hours of 10-6 EST, Mon-Fri. Salary range is $70-95K, depending on experience.
