Responsibilities
Planning and buying media across digital, including content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, email and demand / lead generation
Campaign management: planning and briefing, to launching, reporting and analysis
Liaising with internal teams (Client Services, Social, Analytics, Finance, Management etc.) on all aspects of media programmes – always knowing where projects stand
Client Services duties, including day to day client media contact and satisfaction, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the high standards set by the Account Director
Supporting the wider team across all campaigns and client management as required
Organizing and juggling multiple clients and projects successfully, including integrated campaigns
Demonstrating excellent communication skills, in person, on phone and via email
Creating interesting and engaging client presentations and plans, showing exceptional attention to detail and creative flair
Managing junior media planners and coordinators
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working in a relevant field e.g. Agency or Client side, planning and executing digital media campaigns
Knowledge/experience Media Planning/Buying and Campaign Management on digital campaigns
Experience in B2B media
Experience streamlining workflow for content syndication and managing multiple content syndication programs simultaneously
Interest and experience in digital marketing and importantly, a client facing role
Highly enthusiastic, honest and positive personality
Someone not afraid to ask questions
A pro-active team player, able to hit the ground running and manage own workload
Interest in progression and to learn from the Account Director and wider team
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Strong attention to detail; highly meticulous with all client work
Be proficient across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DCM, Google Tag Manager, Convertr, Integrate, Datorama, Dropbox and Monday (project management)
