Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Angular Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. You will be a key player in replacing our online checkout system for a brand-new UI from the ground up. Candidates with prior experience in building new UIs and those from enterprise environments will be given preference.

12-month contract with potential for permanent conversion
65-75 / HR
Remote Role - Must live in Florida

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Technical teams to develop cutting-edge web applications.
Engineer innovative solutions, write and test code, resolve defects, optimize performance, and deploy applications.
Actively participate in team scrums and other agile ceremonies, contributing to a high-performance team environment.
Build and maintain scalable, responsive UI components, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

Basic Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Angular (version 15 or newer required).
6+ years of professional experience in web development.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/SASS/LESS, HTML, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with NodeJS.
Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
Prior experience building new UIs from scratch.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience working in enterprise environments is highly preferred.
eCommerce experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in replacing or enhancing online checkout systems.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
