Responsibilities:
- Lead product design for various ad-related projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other designers to establish and deliver design solutions.
- Develop design deliverables including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mocks, prototypes, and specifications.
- Communicate design ideas effectively through storytelling and rationale.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, Product Management, and leadership throughout the product cycle.
- Understand business goals, competitors, and challenges to inform design decisions.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful mobile, tablet, TV, and/or desktop designs.
- Expertise in Figma and strong interaction design skills.
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
- Ability to work in a technical environment with a good grasp of technical requirements and limitations.
Preferred Skills:
- MA/MS in Design or related field.
- Prototyping or front-end development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with user researchers and cross-functional teams
