- Reviewing and revising technical designs to meet ABAP project requirements.
- Recommending process improvements to achieve project goals.
- Providing technical and functional guidance.

- Conducting defect analysis and performing necessary fixes and enhancements.

Support the ABAP project requirements Monitor the SLT replication process and ensure that it is running smoothly. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the replication process. Ensure that the SLT system is up-to-date with the latest patches and updates. Configure and maintain the SLT system. Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently. Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization. Experience in working in IT production support system. (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
