Shift Timings: 8 am - 5 pm
Job Description
We are seeking a Document Specialist / Technical Writer to join our team, focusing on process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders, managers, and operational functions. You will be responsible for creating 80 documents, including NNI (Needs New Insurance) and PRC (Prescription Required Case) documents, using templates that follow our General Services Guide (GSG).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and standardize 80 documents using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and managers to gather necessary information.
- Ensure documents are reviewed and approved by stakeholders.
- Extract relevant information from meetings, provided documents, and internal systems.
- Maintain organized records and manage time effectively, as there are no strict daily, weekly, or monthly deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or as a document specialist.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to think critically and work independently.
Interview Process
- First round: Video conference interview.
- Second round: Onsite interview with hiring manager and another team member.
- Writing samples will be required.
