Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $31.21/Hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Location: Remote (USA)

What’s a typical day as an Event Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinate and execute virtual Professional Education programs with guidance from Professional Education team.
- Develop customer-facing events in event management system (CVent).
- Manage SharePoint event postings to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Coordinate physician faculty, physician, and facility payments for the Biosense Webster Professional Education team
- Coordinate communication with Professional Education training team in support of all learning activities.
- Manage course rosters, learner attendance lists and assists with metrics data entry and management.
- Manage email communications to attendees (confirmation emails, welcome letters, etc.).
- Manage and track Professional Education training event budget; enter spend into event management system, including HCP expenses for Open Payments reporting.
- Manage post event reconciliations – reconcile and enter attendee participation in CVent and SharePoint, compile feedback survey results and ensure all other post event metrics are accurate and accounted for.
- Manage periodic reporting & metrics (month/quarter end) – Stats, Budgets and Special Reports as necessary.
- Ensure that personal training is always current. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.
- Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area.
- Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.
- Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant event coordination experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Cvent experience is required.
- Prior medical device experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Professional Education processes is preferred.
