Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Address customer concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and anticipating their needs.
Communication
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients and vendors, ensuring clear and effective exchanges.

Process Improvement

Qualifications
