About The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and the CEO to translate their vision into effective marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, organizing and overseeing events, and overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics
· Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Creative and innovative mindset
· Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (preferred)
· Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices (preferred)
· Experience with marketing automation platforms (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
· Marketing Strategy Implementation: Work with sales leaders and the CEO to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
· Social Media Management: Own and manage the company's social media platforms, including creating engaging content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries and engagements.
· Event Planning and Management: Organize and manage events both in the UK and the USA, including coordinating logistics, securing locations, and overseeing attendee engagement.
· Marketing Collateral Management: Oversee the entire process of creating and distributing marketing collateral, from idea generation and design to production and distribution.
· Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the company's branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
· Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
· Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers and prospects through targeted marketing efforts including coordinating case studies, webinars and other engagement initiatives.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
