Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazon Marketplace manager on various projects and needs for the business and day-to-day management: on-site improvements, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
Product Listing Management:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings. Ensure product descriptions, images, and keywords are compelling and aligned with brand standards and Amazon best practices.
- Oversee daily operations of the Amazon storefront across all marketplaces, ensuring products are correctly listed, priced, and categorized.
- Lead design briefs for brand page, A+ content, product listings collaborating with web design team.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing Manager and Amazon Manager in designing briefs for Ad campaigns such as: Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager and Amazon Manager to conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies for Amazon listings and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Amazon Manager on the setup and submission of promotional deals in Amazon Seller Central. Ensure all promotional details, such as pricing, product selection, and timing, are accurate and optimized for performance.
Customer Service:
- Monitor customer reviews/feedback and work with the customer service team to resolve issues promptly.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Stay updated on changes to Amazon’s platform and adjust strategies accordingly.
Troubleshooting/Reporting:
- Prioritize and troubleshoot issues related to product listings such as suppressed listings, incorrect product details, or listing errors. Use available tools and resources within Seller Central to diagnose and fix issues.
- Track the resolution progress of all tickets submitted to Seller Support and ensure timely follow-up on open cases. Assess the quality of Seller Support responses and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Daily track sales and Buy box across all marketplaces.
- Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and competitive metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve listings and sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for Amazon e-commerce management including seller best practices, tools, technologies, and proactively generate ideas on how to improve performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in Amazon.
- Beauty industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Fluent in Spanish and/or French preferred, but not required.

Work Hours & Location
- Reports to the Marketplace and E-Retailer Manager Americas.
- Available to work Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Hybrid work schedule office/remote defined by management.
- Work location is in the corporate office located in New York City, NY.
