Responsibilities
- Create Engaging Content: Develop and design digital content such as videos, infographics, blog posts, and social media graphics. Use your graphic design skills to produce visually appealing materials that captivate our audience.
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, email marketing, and websites. Integrate seamlessly with CRM platforms (PipeDrive & HubSpot) and automate processes to boost efficiency.
- Analyze and Target Audiences: Use customer data to identify and target key audiences within our focus industries. Develop strategies tailored to effectively reach and engage these groups.
- Manage Social Media: Oversee our social media accounts, curate relevant content, and engage with followers to increase brand visibility and build relationships with clients and industry peers.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics. Adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities and address evolving challenges.
- Showcase Expertise: Identify and manage opportunities for showcasing our expertise through industry events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Track Performance: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics. Provide detailed reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Craft Copy: Write persuasive and engaging copy for various digital platforms and marketing materials, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Portfolio or work-sample submissions are required for further consideration.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with PipeDrive and HubSpot preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
