We’re in the process of growing our team and are in search of a sharp and motivated Junior Account Manager to help guide our clients.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in various industries, maintain strong relationships and build trust over time.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business and goals.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications via email and phone as necessary, and create weekly and monthly reports
- Address client concerns, issues, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
Project Management and Execution
- Collaborate with technical teams to plan, execute, and monitor client projects, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals, timelines and budgets.
- Leverage data-driven insights and client feedback to inform campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or digital marketing
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and metrics
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Basecamp.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels is a plus
- Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexible and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
- Personable, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Effective time management skills to ensure timely project completion.
