eCommerce: A3 ecommerce offers artists, brands, influencers, labels, and events a personalized & innovative agency approach through comprehensive services including marketing, ecommerce & creative marketing assets. With service & technology at our center, our goal is to help our clients connect with, grow & monetize their audiences with engaging content, on-brand storylines, unique experiences & compelling product offerings.
Position Overview: The eCommerce Store & Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on position focused on managing and leading day-to-day ecommerce responsibilities, customer care, and marketing execution for assigned client webstores. Collaborate cross-functionally with the A3 executives and the sales team to increase client satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through the online experience. You will help build and keep up to date several top-notch ecommerce websites with an emphasis on growing both top and bottom lines for our clients and A3. This will include overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns designed to increase online traffic, acquire new customers, and campaigns to retain our current customers.
Job Duties & Functions
- Oversee all details related to ecommerce store products.
- Execute effective promotions and marketing using client and/or A3-created content.
- Maintain and drive overall store product and promotional calendar.
- Understand inventory management and be able to properly manage stock levels in stores.
- Provide sales reporting and other KPIs as needed to A3 staff members and clients with insights and recommendations to improve the business.
- Develop paid digital advertising strategy, email marketing, and influencer marketing opportunities and be excited to try new techniques.
- Integrate client brand identity with merchandise offerings by working closely with artist managers and the sales team for those clients whose ecommerce stores are managed by A3.
- Work with sales team and artist representatives to build short and long-term D2C sales & profitability for your ecommerce clients.
- Assist as needed with the A3 corporate website and socials.
- Utilize store data and sales reporting to consult on the development and design of the entire artist merchandise line for client webstores.
- Problem-solve on the fly, work in a fast-paced environment, and having a hunger to learn every day!
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Shopify experience.
- Facebook/Meta advertising, Instagram Marketing [knowledge of TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social networks where marketing and Shopify integration develops a plus].
- Google Analytics.
- Microsoft Excel and the entire MS Office Suite.
- Understand and be able to execute SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, including experience coordinating multiple projects and relationships in a deadline-driven environment with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
- Ability to meet and anticipate deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority, and maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions.
- Proven ability to exhibit a professional manner and maintain constructive working relationships with others, including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
- Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time.
- Ability to adapt behavior, manner, tone and language based on expectations and needs of audience.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Image editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- NetSuite
- Project Management software (A3 uses Hive)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
