Immediate and fully remote opportunity for a Lead Systems Administrator to join industry leading company in the Healthcare sector.
The
Sr. Systems Administrator and Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering high quality technology solutions for our teammates by partnering with our IT department, other Ivy business teams, our MSP (Managed Services Provider) and CSP (Cloud Services Provider), and other third-party vendors.

Desired Experience - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
- 4+ years of experience in project delivery utilizing basic principles of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and elements of any methodologies or principles like Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.
- Proven experience with Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, and related technologies, including Azure logging and monitoring tools.
- Expertise in supporting PowerShell, C#, and Power Automate services.
- Experience with system integrations, especially with Workday, and API calls.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, VPN, etc.).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Windows Server Fundamentals, MCSE, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word are required, as well as Jira and Smartsheet; Power BI is desired but not required.
- Basic Project Management skills like organizing, structuring, and reporting on tasks and deliverables are required; must be able to manage multiple tasks/priorities concurrently.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all functions, levels, and technical abilities; must be able to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working for a healthcare provider is desired but not required.
