The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Social Distribution team. In this role, you will lead our growth initiatives on Facebook, leveraging your deep understanding of the platform to maximize the impact of our content. You will collaborate closely with our creative teams to ensure our videos not only reach but also resonate with our audience. This position combines growth hacking with project management, and your success will be measured by the growth of our channels, views, audience engagement, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for our properties on Facebook.
- Create and execute an Audience Development strategy for our Facebook channels.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure a steady flow of content optimized for success on Facebook.
- Provide creative direction and best practices for video production, including titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
- Analyze performance data to refine our content strategy, making data-driven decisions for future projects.
- Collaborate with the production team to adapt existing content and create platform-specific edits.
- Manage the operational processes of our channels, optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a consistent and timely posting schedule to keep our audience engaged.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Stay informed about the latest Facebook trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in content management or digital marketing, specifically with Facebook.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts with a large following.
- Strong understanding of Facebook's algorithms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Ability to translate analytics into actionable content strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaboration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Experience with video editing and optimization is a plus.
Reporting Structure
You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Social.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home.
Work Schedule
The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
