Job Description
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Engage with GTM to use information from past RFPs, stakeholders and lessons learned to develop guidance and framework on how to prioritize, assess and respond to RFPs.
- Develop a repository of RFPs for sharing
- Assist in creating a standard RFP Executive Summary template that can be used as a foundation for RFP responses. In addition, supplier will be critical in ensuring that the most recent RFP responses are used to update the RFPIO repository and Co-Pilot Studio repository.
- Create, share, and update a detailed schedule with the GTM, based on the project scope, objectives, and milestones. The schedule will include all project tasks, resources, dependencies, and risks, and will be used to track and report on project progress, performance, and quality. The supplier will communicate regularly with the GTM using appropriate tools to provide information, updates, feedback, and deliverables.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with the GTM and stakeholders during the RFP project lifecycle. The supplier will share data, progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- The supplier shall collaborate with *** to apply the knowledge gained from RFPs and provide feedback and enhancements to the process ensuring increased efficiency and improvements in the program. Furthermore, based on these findings, the supplier shall endeavor to streamline and simplify business processes.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 0-2 years experience required.

- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain the ability to meet with people and synthesize information, indicating collaboration skills and the ability to execute tasks based on gathered data, as well as proficiency in *** Suite, especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint, ability to manage RFPs and information gathering effectively
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadline and quality of work.
