Fashion/Lifestyle company located in El Segundo is hiring an organized Assistant to support a busy VP. The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized with advanced MS office skills, and impeccable attention to detail!
**This is a 90 day temporary-to-hire opportunity**
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to VP, heavy reporting, creating efficient administrative work flow systems, and creating correspondence.
Assist with logistics, prepare attendance reports, coordinate accommodations, transportation, and other responsibilities as needed.
Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
Process and prepare routine correspondence, reports, and documents.
Assist with research projects (venues, logistics, and vendors).
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant within a fast paced corporate environment.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with Concur is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
This is a 90 day temp to hire opportunity with a salary up to $80k once hired full time
(temporary pay rate will match the full time salary)
